First, contact the DOACEWEAR team to submit a return request within 7 days after you receive your product. If the order is approved, We will send you a prepaid shipping label for shopping the product back to DOACE. After we receive the product, when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund. To apply for a return or exchange, please contact us directly by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days after we get and examine the product.
Within 7 days of receiving our products, you can email us to request to return the product.But If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
After we approve the return, we will email you a prepaid label or send the delivery staff to pick up your product.
If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you; If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
DOACEWear heated apparel is powered on by the power bank. By charing the power bank, you could get your heated apparel ready for next use.
Depends on the airport and airline. Please check with the airline and airport first.
The heated apparel does not include a power bank. We don't want you to buy a new power bank if you already have one. As long as the power bank has a USB output and is over 5v 2A it could power up our heated apparel. If our heated apparel requires specific power bank for fast heating mode, we will also map out in the product description for your refference.
It is easy. You could use our size calculation app to decide which size you should buy. A measurement tape will be needed if you need more specific info.
