How long does a heated vest last heating?

The heating duration of the DOACE heated vest depends on the heating level chosen. At the highest heating level, it can last up to 5 hours on a single charge. At the lowest heating level, it can last up to 10 hours.

Could I wear a heated vest under a jacket?

Yes, the DOACE heated vest is lightweight and flexible, making it suitable to be worn under a jacket for added warmth.

How could I check my size?

To check your size, please refer to the size chart provided on the product page. You can measure your chest, waist, and length to find the best fit for you.

Is the battery included in the box?

Some of the heated vest does not comes with a battery. The heated jacket comes with the battery. If you are not sure, you could check the listing or contact our customer service.

What should I do if the size is not right?

What should I do if I don't like it

Contact the customer services and apply for a return, after the return is approved, send the heated apparel back to our warehouse and we can schedule a refund.
