DOACE wants every customer to be happy. DOACE heated jacket, heated vest are warranted to be free for one year from the date the product ships from DOACE. DOACE batteries are warranted for ninety days.
This warranty is offered only to purchasers. The purchaser is responsible for the returning fee to the DOACE. We will repair or replace after our examination and send it back to the purchaser. DOACE does not cover any damage resulting from others repairs than DOACE. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, abused, used a used in a manner for which it is not intended.
